I N D U S T R I A L   P A R K

The 226-acre Montezuma / Macon County Industrial Park is located adjacent to the Montezuma Municipal Airport.  The district has been planned for industrial use and has industrial zoning.  Some existing companies include: Scarbary's Propane Manufacturing, Birds Eye Foods, Riley Manufacturing, Integrated Composite Technologies, and The Concrete Company, and Floyd's Fiberglass. 116 acres remain undeveloped with the largest tract being 42 acres.

Location:

Within the northeastern City Limits of Montezuma, between GA Highway 26 & GA Highway 49.  Macon is 48 miles northeast and Atlanta is 132 miles north.

Transportation

HIGHWAYS - GA Highway 26 provides direct access.  Interstate 75 is located 16 miles east via GA Highway 26.  GA Highways 49, 90, 128, & 224 also provide service to Montezuma.

RAILROADS - CSX Railroad provides service. Norfolk Southern marshalling yard, two miles west in town of Oglethorpe.

AIR SERVICE - Middle Georgia Regional Airport is located 48 miles northeast.  Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is located 132 miles north.   The Montezuma Municipal Airport is adjacent to the district.
