The 226-acre Montezuma
/ Macon County Industrial Park is located adjacent
to the Montezuma Municipal Airport. The district has been planned for industrial use
and has industrial zoning. Some existing companies include: Scarbary's
Propane Manufacturing, Birds Eye Foods, Riley Manufacturing, Integrated
Composite Technologies, and The Concrete
Company, and Floyd's Fiberglass. 116 acres remain undeveloped with the largest tract being 42 acres.

Limits of Montezuma, between GA Highway 26 & GA Highway 49. Macon is 48 miles
northeast and Atlanta is 132 miles north.

Transportation
HIGHWAYS - GA Highway 26 provides direct access.
Interstate 75 is located 16 miles east via GA Highway 26. GA Highways 49, 90, 128,
& 224 also provide service to Montezuma.
RAILROADS - CSX Railroad provides service. Norfolk Southern
marshalling yard, two miles west in town of Oglethorpe.
AIR SERVICE - Middle Georgia Regional Airport is located 48
miles northeast. Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is located 132 miles
north. The Montezuma Municipal Airport is adjacent to the district.
